HOLY TOUR GUIDE

Are you searching for answers? Are you lost, searching for direction? In God's eyes we are all blind without his direction. Matthew 15:14 tells us that if blind men try to lead each other they will both fall into a ditch. Instead we need Jesus to lead and guide us. We need to trust in him to save and guide us.

Romans 3:23 tells us that all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. In Romans 5:12 we learn that through man sin entered the world. The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord (Romans 6:23). This verse tells us that our sin earns us eternal death and seperation from God, but since Jesus died for us we can have eternal life with God in Heaven. John 3:16 tells us that God gave his only begotten son to die for our sins to give us eternal life through Jesus Christ. Christ died on the cross for us, while we were still sinner (Romans 5:8). Romans 10:9+13 tells us that if we confess our sins, believe in him, and call on his name for forgiveness, then we will be saved. God will forgive our sins and give us eternal life in Heaven for just this one prayer if we truly mean it. Then God also wants us to continue to grow in him, read his word, and pray everyday.

You may be wondering how this can all be true. God gives us assurance in John 10:28-29 that we will have eternal life, never perish, and will never be snatched from his hand. In his word he also says that he goes to prepare a place for us in Heaven. An outline for this prayer of salvation is written below.

Salvation Prayer

You do not have to pray this exact prayer, but just do something similiar and you have to truly believe and mean it.

"Dear God, I know I'm a sinner. I believe that Jesus died on the cross to cleanse and forgive me of my sins. Please come into my heart and cleanse me of my sins. Amen."
